  1. Your Team: a breakdown of the roles and responsibilities of the persons directly reporting to them. 

  2. Your collaborative Peer Group: a breakdown of the peer team that goes into more detail about how each team operates with, and contributes to the success of, the candidate and their team. 

  3. Your Topline Report: specifies who the candidate will be reporting to, a brief description of that role, and what layer of the organization they reside. 

  4. Talent, Aptitude and Awareness: details the absolute essential attributes needed for the role. The ideal skills and experience-level desired, and other areas of awareness that would be ideal to fulfill the role effectively.
