We utilize best-in-class technologies like ZoomInfo, Linkedin Recruiter, and other systems to find those candidates who are not already on your prospect list.
Step Three: Begin the Relationship Development Process
When the initial prospect list is identified, and this list will be ever-changing as the prospect pool grows over time, we will begin a communication strategy involving email, text messaging and direct phone calls to begin the relationship-building process

Provide CV/Resume and Leadership Resume to Organization
5. Step Five: Align mutual understanding of needs between Candidate and Organization
Salary and Compensation requirements and limitations
Critical timelines and start date
Develop a 12-month success plan that everyone agrees to prior to making the hire
6. Step Six: Execute on offer and secure the candidate.
